Double Yumm-o!Now the lessons learned here are siple....just because it says "organic" and/or "vegan", doesn't necessarily mean that it's all that healthy! But boy it was delish! These cupcakes were a lot like cakey sugar cookies and that vegan buttercream frosting, out of this world! So even though these little babies were calorie ridden, they were worth it! And, they were not made with any animal products or hydrogenated anything. Once again, delish!
