Totally embarrased to put this up but I figured for posterity's sake I need to publish this to the world and myself so I can see what changes I've made after my completion of the C25K. (this is me after a run)
Just a quick shout out to my sis. I made a quick lunch that looks funky but it super tasty. I mixed in a bowl 1 serving broccoli slaw, 1/2 avocado, 1 can tuna, 1 pickle and tons of yellow mustard. Veggies and protein...yumm-o! Not sure if you can have the avocado on you eating plan...
